Song of the Week #19: Matisyahu – Jerusalem

Matisyahu’s music is a unique blend of reggae, hip hop and Jewish lyrics, among other things. With the summer making it’s way here, I’ve been happy listening to the warm sounds of his music. It looks like that his song King Without a Crown is a million times more popular than any of his other songs. I’m always thinking how boring it must be for the artist to just have to play the same song over and over again because it’s what everybody knows and wants to hear, except the fans usually.
But here’s a live video when he got to perform something else, a song called Jerusalem from his 2006 release Youth.
